Shipping and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Classy Chaos! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review the following information:

• Returns: You have 7 days from the delivery date to return items in NEW & UNUSED condition with tags still attached.
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Refunds will be issued as online store credit only, applicable to Classy Chaos products.

To initiate a return, please go to the “Contact Us” tab on our website and request the refund with your order number, tracking number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return. If your return request is approved, you will need to provide the tracking number for your returning order.

• Apparel: Please refer to the sizing chart and read product descriptions carefully before placing your order.

• Order Processing: Orders typically process within 5-7 business days before shipment, excluding weekends and major holidays.

• Shipping: We use USPS and UPS as our carriers and currently ship only within the United States.
